For auditions, please bring your headshot, resume, and sheet music for provided accompanist. You will need to sing a 16-32 bar cut of a musical song in the style of the show.
If you cannot attend auditions, please send a video submission with your headshot and resume to [email protected]. Please include in your email whether you will accept any role or are only going for a specific role(s). Submissions will be accepted until May 13th by 8 pm.
Rehearsals begin Monday, May 19th, and will take place Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal. Availability is required for tech week, July 5th-10th.
No one under the age of 18 may audition.
Synopsis & Character Breakdown
The story follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King's Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone's wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results.
